Last updated: 6 June 2026 · Applies to all Ogbara apps and to ogbara.com.au.
Ogbara apps are free and made with care. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps.
Anything you create in our apps — stories, reflections, photos, progress — is yours. We claim no ownership of it. If you sync it with an account, you give us permission to store and transmit it solely to provide the sync service.
The apps are local-first, and browser storage can be cleared by your device's operating system. We provide tools to protect your data — installation to your home screen, optional account sync, and file export — and the apps will warn you when your data is at risk. Please use them. We can't recover local data that your device has erased.
The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. These are independent experiments, not medical, financial, educational, or life advice. We may change, pause, or retire an app or feature; if a retirement would affect synced data, we'll give notice and a way to export. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ogbara is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data — our liability is in any case limited to the amount you paid for the apps, which is zero. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
How Many? is built for children to play, but accounts and sync are for parents and adults to set up and manage.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If we change them, we'll update this page and the date above; continued use means acceptance.
